BASE COOKIE MIX

To all my creative cookie masters, this one's for you! This gluten, sugar and grain free cookie base is the beginning to all your cookie needs.

Start with Chocolate Chip and Snicker Doodles, then move onto the recipes in my book “The Fit Baker,” so all your cookie fantasies can come true. Once you get the gist, have some fun and make some flavors of your own!

Ingredients: organic erythritol (monk fruit), organic cassava flour, organic coconut flour, collagen protein, baking soda, sea salt.

What you’ll need: 2 medium (or large) eggs, half cup of butter/ghee/coconut oil - melted, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
